Kindly make reservation prior to your arrival to secure preferred date and time. Please call us at (603) 2141 7766 or visit our outlets for reservations. For hotel in-house guests, please dial Extension Code 8338 between 11.00am to 12.30 midnight.

Check-In
To ensure your treatment begins and ends on time, kindly check in 15 minutes earlier. This allows a leisure check in and treatment consultation. Treatment duration will not be extended for late arrival.

Special Health Considerations
It is important that you inform us about any particular health conditions (such as high blood pressure, allergies, injuries or disabilities) and concerns you may have. Persons with health problems or pregnant women should check with their physician for advice. If you experience any discomfort whilst you are here, please tell our spa staff immediately.

Valuables
Please leave all valuable items in the safe located in your hotel rooms. We do not assume any liability for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Attire
During the treatment you are draped with linen or towel as well as make use of our hygienic disposable briefs. Our therapists are trained to massage and work in a manner that respects your privacy.

Cancellation
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, kindly give us a cancellation notice of 6 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Full charges will apply for cancellations without any notification.

Payment
Payments can be made in the form of cash or credit card only (AMEX, Diners, Visa and MasterCard). Price subject to service charge.

Operation Hours
Open daily from 11.00am to 12.30 midnight. Last treatment starts at 11.00pm.

Gratuity
In appreciation of exception services, gratuity may be given to the therapist at your own discretion.
