Terms & Conditions:
I. Applicant will need to purchase RM1000.00 worth of SPA vouchers which is payable via cheque or via direct debit into our Maybank Account:

A/C No. 512352251320
Applicants are required to fax a copy of their payment receipts to 03 – 2144 3966. Alternatively applicants may also opt to pay via cash or credit card by walking in to any of our outlets.
II. Applicant will then be given RM2000.00 worth of SPA vouchers. The SPA vouchers may then be used for all SPA packages and services at published rates.
III. The validity of SPA vouchers is 1 year, and the validity for Gold Membership is 1 year.
IV. This card is the property of JoJoBa International Sdn. Bhd.
V. Staffs of the JoJoBa Group of Companies are not eligible to apply.
VI. This Gold card entitles the nominated cardholder to a 30% discount on all SPA packages and services (not applicable for discounted or promotional items, and purchases using gift/cash voucher) upon its presentation.
VII. This card is applicable at all JoJoBa International outlets in Malaysia .
VIII. This card is not transferable and JoJoBa International reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder from time to time.
IX. JoJoBa International may at any time reject an application or withdraw a membership without giving any reason or whatsoever.
X. Privileges, terms and conditions may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice at the sole discretion of the management.
XI. This is not a credit card.
XII. JoJoBa Membership card is eligible to Malaysian and expatriate who holding working permit in Malaysia.
Platinum Membership - RM1500
Platinum Membership Benefit:
- 40% discount on all SPA packages and services.
- RM3000 SPA vouchers.
